Mace Wheeler LLC ("Mace Wheeler," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Shloka First iOS app and the macewheeler.com website. This policy explains how information is handled when you use them.

Shloka First

Shloka First does not require an account. Your devotional preferences, selected mood, completed practices, reminder settings, and Screen Time selections are stored on your device. Mace Wheeler does not receive your browsing history or the content of the apps and websites you use.

Screen Time controls

If you grant Screen Time access, Shloka First uses Apple's Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings frameworks to apply the app restrictions you choose. Your selections are protected by Apple and stored locally. You can change or revoke Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Shloka First schedules reminders on your device using the time you select. You can change reminder settings in the app or disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, payment, device, and Apple Account information under its own privacy policy. Shloka First receives product, transaction, and subscription status information needed to show offers, unlock paid access, restore purchases, and determine when access expires. Mace Wheeler does not receive your full payment card details.

Website and support

Our website is informational and does not require an account. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or screenshots you include. We use it to respond, provide support, protect our services, and comply with law.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The current version of Shloka First does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The website does not set advertising cookies. If our practices change, we will update this policy before the new collection begins where required.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by Apple when you download the app, make or restore a purchase, manage a subscription, or submit an App Store review. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of our services.

Retention and deletion

Information stored locally by Shloka First remains on your device until you reset the relevant app data or uninstall the app. Purchase records held by Apple are governed by Apple's retention practices. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Because Shloka First does not provide a server-based account, there is no Shloka First account stored by Mace Wheeler to delete.

Children

Shloka First is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Mace Wheeler, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date.
